On-line Coaching
The online training sessions will take place from half February until June in the following format:
– Every weekend we will send you via email a drill to focus on for that week. We will explain the drill, send you 1 or 2 videos, and some exercises for you to train during that week. Especially during off-season the more time you can touch stick/ball and try these exercises, the sooner you will be able to take your field hockey skills to the next level, practice makes perfect!
– We will aim to focus on those skills / drills that we think you should focus on from what we have seen and will see during the clinics, however if you have any ideas or requests for techniques you would like to work on: feel free to contact us anytime so we can adjust your online training plan to your needs.
– Every 2-3 weeks we will conduct a 20-30min video call via Skype / FaceTime where you can ask any questions and show us the drills you’ve practiced so we can give you feedback.
– In between the video calls, you can always ask questions or get in touch with us via email.
In the second week of February you will receive your first skill to focus on, if you have any questions in the meantime don’t hesitate to get in touch with us!
